Cambridgeshire ACRE launches Strategy 2025-2028: Empowering rural communities to thrive

We were delighted to share our Strategy 2025–2028: Empowering rural communities to thrive at our AGM this week.

Our strategy sets out how Cambridgeshire ACRE will continue to support and champion rural communities across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. It builds on what we do best, focusing on the issues that matter most: affordable housing, community buildings, wellbeing and inclusion, the environment and rural economic growth.

This is the framework that guides everything we do. It helps us prioritise our work, measure our impact and make sure our support reaches those who need it most. For members and partners, it means more practical advice, stronger collaboration and a continued focus on helping rural communities shape their own futures. Over the coming months, it will shape project planning, funding applications and partnership development across all areas of our work.

We know lasting change happens when people work together. If you would like to explore how we can collaborate to make a difference for rural Cambridgeshire, we would love to hear from you.
