Cambridgeshire Community Hubs Network

What is the Community Hubs Network?

The Cambridgeshire Community Hubs Network is a collaborative initiative designed to support residents across East Cambridgeshire, Fenland and South Cambridgeshire.

Run within existing community spaces, local residents can visit a safe and friendly environment to enjoy free refreshments and social activities, obtain information and advice, and share the company of others. The network of Community Hubs is truly community-led; coordinated and hosted by trained volunteers within the heart of local communities.

Ready to meet friendly faces in welcoming places, with advice and guidance on hand for the challenges you may be facing? The locations and opening times for the network of Community Hubs operating across East Cambridgeshire, Fenland and South Cambridgeshire can be found below.

Project funders

Cambridgeshire ACRE is proud to deliver the Cambridgeshire Community Hubs Network. The Network is funded:

  • In East Cambridgeshire by the National Lottery Community Fund, Cambridgeshire County Council (Care Together) and East Cambridgeshire District Council. From April 2025, the Hubs in this area will be funded through Cadent’s Centre for Warmth programme.
  • In South Cambridgeshire by South Cambridgeshire District Council, using funding from NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, part of our local Integrated Care System.
  • In Fenland by DCMS’s Know Your Neighbourhood Fund, via Cambridgeshire Community Foundation. From April 2025, the Hubs in this area will be funded through Cadent’s Centre for Warmth programme.

The Network has also benefitted from support from the Household Support Fund, passed to us by Cambridgeshire County Council.
