Eating well to support your energy: a free nutrition seminar for people living with cancer
About this event
As part of Cambridgeshire ACRE’s Fenland Community Cancer Champions project, we are pleased to offer this free seminar for people living with cancer.
Join our Macmillan Village Agent and nutritionist Michelle Chester for a practical and supportive online session exploring how everyday food choices may help you manage energy levels while living with or beyond cancer. Michelle will share clear, realistic guidance on eating for energy, supporting general wellbeing and developing routines that may promote better sleep. The session will include time for questions. It offers general information and does not replace advice from your cancer care team or another healthcare professional.
