Nature Recovery – From the Ground Up (a ‘Staying Connected’ event)
About this event
Cambridgeshire County Council’s “Nature Recovery – From the Ground Up” is a 4-year project supporting local communities to develop tailored parish-level Nature Recovery Plans. Aligned with the Local Nature Recovery Strategy, it aims to create, restore, and connect habitats, such as woodlands and wetlands, for a greener future. The initiative seeks to mobilize local action to boost biodiversity through improving green spaces.
In this short one-hour online session, you will find out more about this exciting new project from Sandy Skelton, the County Council’s Community Nature Project Officer, and find out how your parish or town council can get involved in putting together a Community Nature Recovery Plan.
