Funding scheme re-opened once again for Community Facilities
ACRE’s main grants scheme, originally announced in June 2022 in celebration with the Late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Fund, has once again re-opened for new applications.
Groups can now submit applications of between £7,500 and £75,000 – 20% of which can be used to cover capital costs relating to modernisation and improvement projects. The funding is open to all charity-owned and managed community facilities, and must be located in local rural areas with populations of a maximum of 10,000 people. We are urging all Cambridgeshire-based community facilities to read the full details on eligibility, to ensure you do not miss out on this potential funding opportunity. Smaller grants up to a value of £5,000 have been awarded to over 100 beneficiaries in recent months, however this scheme is now closed. Keep up-to-date on our news page and relevant social media posts to ensure you do not miss out on any potential funding opportunities in the future.
