Join us for a relaxed Carers Connect Hub in-person event.

This is a chance to meet other carers, enjoy refreshments and chat with our Village Agents who can offer advice and support. Our Digital Champion volunteers will be on hand to help you set up The Mighty Network app on your phone, tablet or laptop, making it easier to stay connected online.

Whether you come on your own or bring the person you care for, this is time for you to connect, share and feel supported.
