Cambridgeshire ACRE Annual General Meeting 2019

25 September 2019

Cambridgeshire ACRE will be holding its Annual General Meeting for 2019 on Wednesday 25 September, 2pm to 5pm, at Little Downham Village Hall.

The official Notice for this meeting and a pack of supporting papers can be downloaded from the Resources area on the right hand side of this page. Also provided are the full draft Annual Accounts for 2019.

The afternoon will be chaired by our President, Sir Hugh Duberly, and, apart from the usual AGM business, we will be inviting members to adopt new Articles of Association for Cambridgeshire ACRE. We are delighted that our Vice President, the Right Reverend Stephen Conway, Bishop of Ely, will also be joining us to tell us more about his work, and that of the Diocese of Ely, with rural communities. The afternoon will conclude with the launch of a new Strategy for Cambridgeshire ACRE and presentation of Hallmark certificates to two successful village halls.

We hope that you are able to join us for this interesting and informative afternoon. To book a place (or places) at our AGM, please click here and complete your details. Joining instructions will be sent to everyone who registers one week prior to the event.

For members only: If you are unable to attend and wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, please download a proxy form from the Resources area on the right hand side of this page, complete and return to us following the instructions on the form.

If you have any queries or need help making your booking or exercising your proxy, please contact Alison Brown on 01353 865029.
